Ugh. Trouble with NaNo already.
Why did it have to start on the same day as everything else? Confession Cafe opened today, so I wrote for that, and then I wrote for job applications, and now when it's time to write for NaNo?
Nada.
A bare 700 words. Ugh, ugh, ugh, and I hate it.
Why did I ever sign up for this?

Here are my thoughts in order of progression (and I'm so not finished the book yet but here's at half-way):

Headed to a Blink 182 concert tomorrow with my brother. It's been so long since I've gone to an actual rock concert that I have no idea what I'm supposed wear to one but anyway, supposedly we have really good seats.
I might be a little sparse from the internets this weekend, Saturday definitely, and maybe a bit on Sunday too, but I'll try to be around in the evenings for Grab Bag stuff etc.
So today I made Sticky Toffee Pudding and it turned out really amazing. I wish I had pictures for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small}
bakebakebake but everyone ate it up so fast I didn't get time to snap even one photo. I made it with Splenda's Brown Sugar Blend so that my dad could eat it but you could make it with regular brown sugar if you want. And the dates I used were extremely old (leftover from Christmas last year) so I can only imagine what the same pudding would taste like with fresh dates. I've also resolved to put a cupful of walnut pieces into the next one, just because I like walnuts and I think it'd add a nice texture to the pudding.
